Nothing like the morning sun as it pokes its way “THROUGH” the trees.

The Power from this statue “distorted” my shot!

The person that typed up this sign, I am sure, was full of REGRET when they were told to correct it.  I wonder how many people went in to get their “shoots.”

After a rugby training camp I hosted last summer in Sri Lanka for the local children, there young men showed me that they were…….READY!!  I love their intensity!!

Life is full of choices, and the signs, sometimes they are confusing!

Hello, is anyone there??  I found this little frog trying to get a peek into my window.  He was on the second floor.

Ribbit....

Last summer I had the opportunity to travel to Sri Lanka with the Griffin Girls Rugby team for about a month.  While there, I was invited to host three rugby clinics for the local children as we travelled the country.  The coach that arranged the trip told me to plan for about 50 children.  To my surprise, and the surprise of everyone else there, over 300 children showed up for a day of rugby with players from the U.S.  Out of the 300, I would say that less than 30 had cleats.  But, they did NOT slow them down one bit.  When I think about what children in this country complain about, I reflect on the enthusiasm, love, and respect ALL the Sri Lanka children had, it gives me…..HOPE!

I took this shot this morning when I stepped out of the house on my way to work.  I guess I was running late because the eagle was already on his job.  The morning sky offered a wonderful backdrop to his silhouette.
